Refund & Exchange Policy

At Elexwear, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Refund & Exchange Policy carefully before placing an order.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:

1. The product received is damaged.
2. The product delivered is different from the item ordered.

Please note that product images are captured under professional lighting and camera settings. Due to differences in lighting, screen resolution, and photography, slight variations in color or appearance may occur. Such differences will not be considered valid reasons for a refund.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges in the following cases:

- Damaged product received.
- Wrong product delivered.
- Incorrect size delivered by Elexwear (different from the size ordered).

If Elexwear delivers a size different from the one ordered, the exchange will be processed free of charge.

If the customer ordered the wrong size and wishes to exchange it, the customer must:

- Pay a shipping and handling fee of ₹200.
- Send the product to the Elexwear warehouse in its original condition with tags intact.

Important Conditions

- Exchange requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
- Items purchased during clearance sales or special promotions may not be eligible for refund or exchange.
